Terms and Conditions for Harbinger Executive Alliance

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Registration

a. To access certain features of our service, you must register and create an account.

b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Consent to Information Sharing

a. By registering with Harbinger Executive Alliance, you consent to your information (including but not limited to your name, contact details, and professional background) being included in the Harbinger Executive Alliance member directory.

b. This directory will be accessible to other registered users of this application.

c. The purpose of this directory is to foster a community of professionals and facilitate networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas.

4. Payment Processing and Subscriptions

a. Payment Processing: All payments on the Harbinger Executive Alliance platform are securely processed through our third-party payment partner, Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to process payments in accordance with their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

b. Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions to our services are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your initial registration unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

c. Renewal Notification: You will receive an email notification no less than seven (7) days prior to your renewal date, which will include details of the upcoming charge and instructions on how to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to renew.

d. Cancellation Process: Subscription cancellations can be managed by the member fron within their subscription profile, or by contacting our support team directly using the contact information provided in Section 7. Cancellations cannot be processed through your account settings. Once canceled, your access will remain active through the end of the current paid term, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

5. Termination

Harbinger Executive Alliance reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform and services if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
